So, we must take care of our children and mold them to be the strong foundation of the future generation.  Missionaries of Charity Sisters of Mother Therese Home of Love , a home for the orphans and street kids located in Antipolo City, Rizal is a non-government organization that gives shelter to the homeless and hopeless children who are left to wander the streets. Alliance In Motion Global, Inc. has been helping these orphans through its Feeding Program, distribution of toys, clothes and other important donations.

In September 2008, Alliance In Motion Global responded to the victims of Super Typhoon Frank in Iloilo that destroyed the livelihood and properties in the community.  The team flew at once to give donations and relief goods to more than 500 families affected by the calamity.

Last September 9, 2009, we celebrated the Grandparents’ Day in a home for the aged in Marikina together with over 250 senior citizens. Most of them have been neglected already by their own families. With the program and gifts that we have given them, we are very proud to say that even with those simple things, we brought joy to their hearts and even for a moment they felt that they are not totally forgotten by the community.

The three major foundation of your success in AIM Global business are the three (S’s). They are Sponsoring, Selling and Service. Each component is highly important, but they could not stand alone without the other two. They are like members of a band, when one goes out, everyone goes out.

Today, we are going to talk about Sponsoring.

Some people call it recruiting. In AIM Global, we call it Sponsoring. They may technically sound the same, but there is a wide gap of difference when it comes to application. We liken “recruiting” to the military system, where you hire and train people so that these soldiers can serve for their country. Recruiting is more like getting people to work or do something for you without much to give back in return to them.

Sponsoring is different. When you sponsor someone, it is like being a godfather or a godmother to a new born baby. There are responsibilities associated with it. It is more of you serving people, training them, working with them, caring for them until they could fly on their own and in turn serve other people.

NO SPONSOR, NO NETWORK

If you don’t sponsor people, you are not into Networking Business. The very reason why Network Marketing is called that way is because you have to establish an organization who believes in your system, people who uses our products, sells our products and promotes our business.

There is a big disparity of profit from owning one retail store versus owning two or more. We know this sounds obvious, but it is the same reason why there is sponsoring in Network Marketing. It is because you are like opening more stores or outlet and thus increasing your income just the same.

This is how big Sponsoring people is in our business.
That is why we advise all distributors to devote 80% of their time in sponsoring as much people as they can. This is where the BIG money really comes from.

So get as much INFORMATION AND TRAINING on how to sponsor more effectively, because once you master how to sponsor, you are one step ahead of building a huge and powerful organization.

IT STARTS WITH YOU

Before we go further down on our topic about sponsoring, we must backpedal a little bit on who to Sponsor first. There are lots of books and trainings flowing in the internet on how to sponsor other people, but we believe the first person that you have to sponsor is yourself. When we say sponsor yourself, we do not just mean to swipe your credit card or pull out a minimum of USD 180 (P7980) from your wallet and buy your Global Package. Sponsoring yourself does not mean buying multiple accounts. (There are distributors who buy 7 accounts and quits before he or she even gets started).

Sponsoring yourself is having the mindset that you can succeed in AIM Global. It means that you have a strong belief that you can earn your first million with AIM because of our proven products and marketing plan. Sponsoring yourself also means that you will do whatever it takes to become a Global Ambassador. It is having the commitment and the discipline to learn as much as you can.

Sponsoring yourself is having the ability to understand that as long as you don’t give up, as long as you don’t quit, you have put yourself in a good position to become a millionaire and be a blessing to the people you love.

CHANGE YOUR IMAGE

Do you want to sponsor your business minded friends?

Do you want to invite your rich neighbor because he/she has the capacity to be a member right away?

Do you want your aunt or uncle who is the leader of a big organization to join you because they have a lot of contacts that they can refer to you?

The type of people above are your ideal prospects to invite in AIM Global, they are sometimes called the “Big Fish” in our industry. The reason why they are called that way is because they have the “potential” in helping you build a huge organization.

Now some people have a hard time inviting this type of prospects. They think that this type of prospects for some reasons would not be interested. They tend to judge them right away.

The truth is, these people are the easiest to invite in Network Marketing. You don’t need to further explain the importance of having a business, and it is easy for them to join quickly plus they already have a huge list of contacts that they in turn could share the business with.

What holds back most distributors in inviting them is the lack of confidence. Our VP for Business Development Mr. Jurgen Gonzales said that, “Confidence is free, but it can make you a lot of money.”
One of the easiest ways to have confidence in AIM is to change your image. We strongly advise that you change the way you dress, the way you speak and the way you think.

Just think about this, you have two close friends inviting you to attend a business orientation. Your first friend is dress neatly, hair done nicely, while your second friend is dress in shorts, plain t-shirt and slippers. Who would you think you would say yes to? It is more than likely that you will go with the first one.

This is because not only does the first person look better, it is also due to the fact that the first person appear to be more serious in what he/she has to offer.

So the next time you want to sponsor the right person, we suggest that you be that “right person” first. Invest in yourself. You do not have to buy expensive clothes or be too formal in your attire; just wear something that makes people think you are serious in your offer. Do not create your image only after you make money. Do It now.
If you want to become a GA (Global Ambassador), you have to dress like a GA, talk like a GA smell like a GA and think like a GA.

This may look like kindergarten stuff, but always remember, all great things come from simple beginnings.

GO WIDE FAST

Sponsoring is a lot of fun especially if you know how and have the confidence in doing it. If you don’t sponsor your close friends and relatives, they will be sponsored by somebody else. We have stories of distributors whose relatives were sponsored by strangers. We are in a people business so never underestimate the power of Network Marketing. Remember, one person alone may be equivalent to thousands of people.

Hall of famers like Mr. Joseph Lim, Mr. Carlo Buenaventura, and Mrs. Mylene Ebdane all started as one person, but they are right now leaders of a big organization with thousands of people under them.

So the next time you talk to a prospect, bear in mind that he or she could be an equivalent to one big network someday.

On your path to financial freedom, there will be challenges ahead. Expect it will be there. There would be roadblocks and detours along the way. It is part of life. It is part of your growth as a successful entrepreneur. But, it could also be one of the key ingredients that can propel you to greatness.

There is a reason why the road in becoming a Global Ambassador, which is the highest level in our Marketing Plan, is drawn like a Stair Step. And that is you have to climb a number levels to get to it. It also means that by climbing you need to exert certain amount of effort to REACH THE TOP. There are no shortcuts in our business.

People sometimes fear of joining Network Marketing because of this fact that you have to work your way to the top, they often feel that the business is very hard. And that you have to grind it real hard before reaching your goal.

Our answers to this are simple.

First, is the work could be hard, but the rewards are really great, it is so great that even after your work is done, you are still getting paid.

Second, with the work you are doing right now, isn’t it also the same, you work 8 to 10 hours a day, sometimes you even bring your work at home spending less quantity and quality time with your family.

Some of our countrymen even go out abroad, working odd jobs just to provide for their family back home, a family that they can only see thru Facebook or Skype. The sad thing about some of our OFWs is that if they do not take care of their finances, they would find themselves without any savings for retirement and would soon be a burden to their children when they grow old.

If you put the same amount of HARD WORK with AIM Global and just follow the system, your time can be spent well with your family plus the fact that you will have a great retirement because of the savings that you will earn from this business.

Lastly, if Network Marketing is hard for you, try picking up garbage instead. Maybe that would be easy, but then what values will you have from acquiring things easily?

Nothing.

So when you join AIM Global expect challenges. Remember difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. Challenges make our business more interesting, and overcoming them makes it even more meaningful. There may be problems ahead, but in our lingo, problems are not called problems, they are actually called opportunities.

So you may hear some of our distributors would come to their Upline and say. “Upline, I have an opportunity”. You know what that means.

There are two kinds of “OPPORTUNITIES” that you may encounter in AIM Global Business

1. “Opportunities” other people give you.
No capital to join.
Downlines do not follow you.
Downlines who don’t believe in themselves.
Etc.
These are “opportunities” that are easy to solve. Just say “next”. (Go to the next person)
There are about 6 billion people in this world. Don’t make other peoples problem become your problem. Everybody has their own drama in life. Let go of the need of solving each and every one of them.

2. “Opportunities” that you give yourself.
The office is too far.
It’s too hot today. It’s raining today.
I have no friends. I am alone in this world.
I have no car, no proof.
Etc.
This type of “opportunity” we believe is much easier to solve than the first one. This is because the only person who started this problem is none other than you, yourself.
But take note, it will only be easy IF, and only IF you accept and realize that the real problem is inside of you, If you think that the problem is outside of you like if you blame your outside circumstances for your difficulty, then we are sorry to say but we doubt you would ever succeed in this business or life in general.

Remember, you can’t solve any problem from the same mindset that created it in the first place. So when you find yourself paralyze with the challenges you face in our business, just GO BACK TO THE ROOT OF YOUR THINKING and ask yourself, are the challenges I face in this business are true or did I just made it up, myself.

Reflect on your answer.

Once you’re ready, just go back to the basics and continue to learn the business.
In reality, AIM Global Business, just like any other profession or industry, would only be hard if you do not find time to learn it.

So give yourself a chance to succeed, take time in learning. Have a feel of our culture, our values.

Challenges may occur, but it should not paralyze you. It is supposed to be there to have you discover who you really are, and what you are made of.

In the NDO (New Distributor Orientation), it is advised that you devote 80% of your time into sponsoring and 20% of your time into selling our products. While sponsoring people would take a big chunk of time in your Networking career, you should not underestimate the power of selling our products to your customers.

Selling is fun, selling can also earn you a lot of money. It is one of the benefits of becoming a member of AIM Global. The 25% retail profit was not put in there just by accident. It is included so that distributors, old and new, could take advantage of it. There is no point of having 1000 people under your organization but not have one of them sell or even use the products. If this happens to you, your organization would surely collapse.

IF NO PRODUCTS GET SOLD, NOBODY GETS PAID.

AIM Global as a company, would not last even for a year, without repeat orders of our products. Yes, we do make money by the number of pay-ins of Global Packages, but always remember we are a legitimate Network Marketing Company. We don’t just earn profit by the number of people joining, we are a product and service driven based company.

We have three Marketing plans – they are the Binary Program, the Unilevel and the Stairstep. All of these three are the compensation packages given by AIM Global to all its members. All of which can be utilized effectively if there are continuous product movement within your group.

Just take a look at the Binary Program. Under this program we give out referral bonus of P500 (approx. USD 12) and a match sales bonus of P1500 (approx. USD 33).

The P1500 match sales bonus alone will be given in three ways:
Person (Global Package) vs. Person (Global Package)
Person (Global Package) vs. Products
Products vs. Products

This clearly shows how product driven and legitimate AIM Global really is.
Remember this, if a company solely rely their profit based on memberships, we suggest that you be alert because there is a big chance that this company is illegal. Membership based companies is the dominant characteristic of a pyramid scam. They only make money by recruiting people. So be vigilant, do not be lured by this unscrupulous individuals or organizations.

How can I sell products?

How would I know if the product works?

Well, there is only one way to find out and that is to – Use it!

We mean, how would you know if the food in a restaurant is good or bad? Taste it!

How would you know if a movie is nice or not? Watch it!

The answers are very simple right? The same goes with our products. You have to use it because when you do that, you gain more credibility and confidence into sharing it to all the people that you know.
Another word for selling is sharing, and that is true. We are just simply sharing all the benefits we gained from using our products to our relatives and friends.

We don’t need to memorize every single ingredient of each product. For example, when you share our liven coffee – you don’t have to enumerate all the 16,000 phytonutrients there is in one sachet. It’s hard to do that. Plus your customer would not care. All they want to know is how delicious it is, what health benefits can they gain from drinking it, and how unique is it from all the other brands in the market today? And again the easiest way to answer all their questions is when you use it.

Now of course each product has different effects in our body, each of us has different experience after using it. Make sure you don’t exaggerate your experience. Don’t say your diabetes got cured by our C-24/7 where in fact you never really had diabetes in the first place. Don’t post in social media testimonies that are not true. You cannot run a successful business based on lies and deceit.

BE REAL

We have excellent products, it definitely works. They are formulated by giant international companies that have been around for so many years. Nature’s Way alone has over 200 herbalists, scientist and doctors who make sure that what is written in the box are all true, and again it will work.
